How to cook:

Cook the pasta in a large pot as usual and rinse with cold water. Put 2 tbsp. of oil into a wok; add spices and 1 onion and brown on high for 3 minutes. Add mushrooms, tofu and celery and brown for another 3 minutes. Mix in 1 cabbage and 1 pepper cut into strips, cover and cook for an additional 4 minutes while stirring from time to time. Then, add pasta, soy sprouts and 2 tbsp. of soy sauce. Serve immediately.
