How to cook:

Peel the asparagus and boil in water with salt, sugar and 10 g butter for 15 minutes. Wash the broccoli, pull off the flowerets and cut the stems into small pieces. Bring the saltwater to a boil and blanch the broccoli. Boil ½ of the asparagus water. Knead the remaining butter with 1 tbsp. of flour and add to the boiling asparagus broth. Cook everything thoroughly. Cut the asparagus into pieces and add broccoli and salmon filets to the sauce. Whisk cream and 2 egg yolks for the sauce. Spice with salt and ground pepper.
