How to cook:

Season the filets with salt, pepper and ginger powder. Heat half of the oil in a pan. Roast the meat for 3 minutes on each side, wrap in aluminum foil and keep warm. Clean and halve the bigger mushrooms. Wash with cold water and pat dry. Peel and dice the onions. Heat the remaining butter, braise the onions until transparent and add the mushrooms and double cream. Season with salt, pepper and parsley. Put the filets on a warm plate. Garnish each slice with mushrooms. Wild dishes go very well with cranberry sauce. A tasty side dish could be potato fritters.
