How to cook:

Chop up the chicken and cook with the lid on for 30 minutes together with salt and 4 bay leaves. Cut up 3-4 onions & 6-8 tomatoes into pieces and mix them with tomato paste in the blender. Remove the cooked chicken from the broth and keep warm. Strain 3/4L chicken broth in another pot. Add the tomato-onion puree and let it simmer for 10 minutes. Mix in the peanut paste or butter spoon by spoon with a whisk. Continue to cook the sauce for another 10 minutes and season with salt and pepper. Add the chicken and keep warm. It goes very well with boiled rice.
