How to cook:
Peel and cut the mango into pieces. Boil in100 ml of water on medium heat for about 30 minutes until soft. Sieve the compote into a bowl and let cool. Whisk 175 g of margarine with sugar until frothy. Add baking powder and 50 ml of mineral water. Mix flour with baking powder and add to the mixture. Add oat flakes, salt and the mango puree and mix everything well. Preheat the oven to 190°C and grease a round or square cake pan. Bake on the middle rack for about 40 to 50 minutes. Cover the surface after 30 minutes with aluminum foil. For the icing, mix icing sugar with 2 tbsp. hot water and coat the warm cake with it.
